"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are very sorry that you feel we overcharged you. We did leave you a voice mail the day after you called stating the price was too high after the work was completed. We came to your home to diagnose your front porch not working. We did not charge you to diagnose it. We gave you an estimate to replace your broken porch light and install a new outlet. We had to install a new breaker, run electrical wire, install a box in the wall, install outlets and switches. We feel that 455.00 is a fair price. We did not charge you 875.00 as you stated"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Let me start by saying I'm sorry this happened to you and I can understand you are upset. Unfortunately when we went to re-energize the gas valve the switch malfunction, this does happen from time to time.
