Clauser Tree Care personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. They did a great job pruning, thinning and shaping 6 of the trees on our property. They will be coming back in the spring to treat a tree we have that has rust. They came highly recommended and I would recommend them to others.

Clause Tree Care were competitively priced and the most organized company we received estimates from. Their estimate was clear and broken down in such detail so we could pick and choose what exactly we wanted done, on what we could afford this season. Their crew was on time and very respectful of our yard. They laid down rubber mats for all of their equipment, as to not leave divots in the yard. They completed the entire job... removal of 4 pin oak trees, 2 spruce trees, and multiple bushes, all within one day. All debris was removed and the yard was left in better condition than before they arrived. Even our neighbors said from what they witnessed, it was the most professional tree removal company they had ever seen. The job was done efficiently and met all of our expectations. Highly recommend!

It went very poorly. The estimate was provided and I was told that the work would be scheduled in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called several times to confirm the booking. I was eventually told it would be within ten days, on a Monday, about 4 weeks post-estimate. I confirmed on prior Friday that I was the "first job" that day and that the crew would be there at 8 AM. I had to inform my neighbor to move his car because their bucket truck needed to access his driveway. After the crew was 1.5 hours late and not showing, I called "the office" and informed me that the crew had attended to an "emergency" before mine, and that it would arrive at 10 AM. At 10:15 the crew showed up at a home a few doors from mine. Approaching them, I'm told that that job would be done FIRST, then mine, with the crew blaming "the office" for the error. By noon, the crew had not started the first job and took a lunch break, with no notice to me of when they would begin mine. At that point I'd had enough and cancelled the job. PATHETIC customer service...will never consider them again.

Steve first surveyed the trees near our home and helped us identify those of potential danger to ourselves or neighbors. Arrived on schedule, felled and removed all agreed trees in less than 6 hour, completely removed all debris and left property in perfect codition at agreed price.We were very pleased and definitely will use again. This was second time we had them remove large trees and both times results were excellent.

the person that provide the estimate was great, discussed the work to done, and the process. When crew came-out, they cut the wrong branches. Benches fell on our slate walk and broke the slate. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do. Because there are no leaves its hard to tell how the tree will look come spring. I asked if they would come out in the spring an try to correct (if we do not like they way it looks), I received no response.

The viburnum trim could have been a bit better but everything else was terrific. They are on time for the estimate and when they arrive to do the work. Everyone is professional and courteous and personable. They have an excellent office manager. We had a bit of trouble lining up the stumping time but that was my fault since I had to arrange for my neighbors to move their cars so the giant stumping machine could get back to the property line. The crews were very neat and cleaned up all debris.

The tree removal / Pin Oak job were done in one day and the stump removal on a different day. Both crews did a great job! They cleaned up to the extent I could hardly tell two massive trees were cut down/ stumps ground out /tree cleared of dead branches. I was very impressed with their work and how they left my property!
