"Matt and Ronny arrived right on time. Matt called first, 20 minutes ahead of their arrival as we had requested. Matt is the owner of the company, and he and I went over the details of the job to be sure that we were both on the same page. Matt left, and Ronny started to work right away. He carefully covered the floor and all exposed furniture and other items. Ronny then used Frog tape to mask the baseboard and other areas. I was impressed by this minor detail because I know that Frog tape is significantly more expensive than the standard blue painter's tape. Less than 45 minutes after his arrival, Ronny was painting.
I have done my share of painting over the years, and for me, the hardest part of the job is cutting in. Ronny did this freehand, no masking tape, and he did a near flawless job. Again, I was impressed. Soon he was rolling the ceiling, and then the walls. Everything received two coats of paint. When he was finished, Ronny cleaned up everything, put all debris neatly into a trash bag, and left the work area as clean as when he arrived.
At the end of the day, Matt called to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I told him that both my wife and I were honestly thrilled with our newly painted family room and he could expect more work from us in the future. "Michelle. the owner of Spray Away Power Washing, is such a nice and pleasant person. More importantly, she provides an extremely professional and thorough service. She came over to the house, did an in depth assessment of what needed to be done, explained everything she saw that should be addressed, and gave me a more than fair estimate. I had called to get an estimate to power wash the 3 vinyl sides of the house, and Michelle gave me a price to do that, but she also did the front entrance, front side entrance, front sidewalk, and the back entrance! All included in the estimate. She and her assistant came over the next morning, and they did such a professional and thorough job, it took them over 4 hours!Wow! It is such a pleasure nowadays to deal with a company that is so professional, that takes pride in their work, gives you a great price, and really believes in customer service. I will definitely reach out to Spray Away Power Washing if I need their services in the future, and I will recommend them highly to anyone I know. If I could I would give the 11 stars! Fantastic!"

"Fair. They missed a number of spots and, although we tried to call them several times to ask for a revisit, they did not return calls. We did not read the ad right, and the gutter cleaning was only for the exterior. Although the tech said they could do it for an additional $x, they were unavailable to make this request as well. House looks much better than it did, though. They will be using your water, not theirs."
