"I am very pleased with refurbished deck. The pergola was pressure washed and stained. The deck was demoed to the framing and rotted joists replaced. All of the deck boards were replaced and meticulously cut around the pool. The worksite was cleaned up every night. Very pleased."

"The Trinhâ s Brother experience is one that you must experience for yourself. Nothing but rave reviews for the Trinh Brothers, their professionalism, work ethics, and skill is unbelievable. The total work time was two work days, which helped us achieve our vision or of a poolside deck to accent our newly installed above ground pool. In addition to the deck, a excellently created concrete pathway laid down. We would highly recommend the Trinh Brothers and look forward to doing business with them in the future. We canâ t stress the the efficiency of service that was provided. It was truly mind blowing."

Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"They returned my inquiry immediately, and quoted me a very good price. I was put on their schedule. They arrived on time, very professional and tidy. My home looks amazing and my deck looks like it did when it was first put in! Thank you Wash Stuff! HIGHLY recommend!"

"We are very happy with the outcome. The rooms look beautiful and they were very professional and clean. They listened to our priorities (we had a long list of what we wanted done), and they were able to accomplish even more than we expected and more than they estimated without charging any extra. I would definitely use them again.

"We purchased an offer through Angie's List. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."

"Evcellent work done on time cleaned up area when finished. will hire again"
