"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"I had 4 trees removed by Shades Of Green. The crew showed up before 7AM and starts planning their approach. Once plan had been laid out, the execution was so calculated and with accuracy. They maneuvered their crane right next to my garage as a staging place. Trimmed the 3 big trees right next to my garage with accuracy making sure that the hanging removed tree was safely transported above my garage and house safely to the ground. Protected my lawn and driveway with mats. The whole process was so neat and not to mention you got the front row seat of a spectacular event with big cranes, Bucket trucks and other machinery on the ground. The crew was so precise and shows expertise with their approach. From the ground crew, tree climber, crane operator, the Crew Chief, Julio and Tom the Arborist they showed professionalism and are respectful of the owner’s requests. Everyone in my neighborhood is congratulating me for the outcome, credits are due for Shades Of Green crew! "Carmelo and Miguel did a superb job at removing leaves from our yard. We took advantage of the "deal" for 2 hours of work by 2 men, and prioritized the most important areas to focus on. Carmelo and Miguel were terrific, they worked hard to get as much done as possible within the time frame, and were very amenable to focusing on the main areas we requested help with. One thing we did not realize was that the time required to take the leaves to the disposal area needed to come out of the total time allotted, so we weren't able to get everything completed as we had hoped, but the job was well done, and the price paid was worth hiring someone to do it. Definitely would like to employ their service in the future."
