The finished work has a slight grade away from my house which has helped reduce water flow toward my basement. Dave is busy (good people are) and I do recommend being patient setting up the first site visit and quote. The wait is worth it."

The ground was prepared and seeded, weeds and old shrubs removed, all beds were mulched, beautiful new shrubs were planted, and a very, very heavy lawn ornament was picked-up and installed. Beyond the very fair, highly competitive price, Adam and Eric proved to be highly skilled craftsmen. They made excellent suggestions which improved our initial plans. The smallest detail did not escape their attention. Zalar's has our unqualified endorsement."
