I have had other contractors that I did not like, and I would use Beil for anything. I would use them again. It took half a day. Again, they did things right and not sloppy. I think it was at least a crew of two. Communication was excellent.

.All went great. I had never used them before. Call in the am on Mon. 6/15/15. They called back in the am and scheduled an appointment for that day. They called late am said a technician was on his way. They arrived and went to work. They tested all items and determined the well pump was broken. Gave me the estimate for the work. I approved the work oder. They got to work and completed the job that day. They worked from late am to after 6 pm. Long day with hot and muggy weather with a rain storm thrown in. They were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was happy to the water back working. I will use them again. I now have a plumber for future problems.

Excellent customer service. Was able to get an appointment quickly after calling two other plumbers without getting a call-back over a two-week period. Also received a call about an hour before he arrived to say he was on his way.
The work itself was done very professionally. He explained my options and the pricing so that I could make the best choice.
Very happy with the work.

I received a call they would be there in 30 minutes. They arrived on time. The two young men ere very polite and took time to assess the situation. They gave me an estimate of all work to be done. These men worked hard, were careful not to mess up the areas they worked on. It was a tough job getting the water pipe and faucet replaced outside as they had to get in a tight space inside and go through the brick foundation. They completely rebuilt the leaking kitchen faucet and went beyond what we expected thus saving us the cost to install a new faucet and taking out the kitchen sink.
They were professional, had all the right tools and equipment. Upon completion they showed us all the work done and explained everything. What professional polite and talented men !!

We discovered a clog in the septic drain late Sunday afternoon. No matter which faucet (or toilet) was used, water spewed in to the basement from the laundry trap. I called Tim Beil Plumbing & within minutes received a call back from Tom stating that he would be at the house within an hour.
He arrived within the hour & was able to unclog the pipe.
Tom was very professional. Tarps we laid in the basement, & he cleaned up the area after completing the job. (wiped down the wall, floor & washer & dryer)
When he was in the main part the house he wore disposable shoe covers to protect our floors.
I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the work done, and the professionalism of the work crew. I had experienced a back suction when the well tank was replaced, so we were unsure what exactly needed to be done until the well pump was pulled. They kept me informed of their findings every step of the way, as I was unable to be present when the work was done. Once the problem was discovered, they were in communication with me, providing all options. They provided an estimate that was well worded considering there was no way of knowing what exactly needed replaced. I have used them before & would use them again.
The reason for the "B" for price is that I did not have other estimates to compare their charges against.
I have already contracted them to do additional upgrades in the laundry room.

Very professional, spent as much time as needed explaining the new system.
Workers very clean, they were able to simplify the plumbing around the new system.
Office staff pleasant to talk to & they communicated all concerns to the employees doing the work.

My husband was fixing the outside faucet and had shut off the electric to the well pump. When he turned it back on, grit from the well was spewing from all the faucets and into the toilets. He called Tim Biel Plumbing because they conveniently left a sticker on the plumbing downstairs and set up an appointment for Monday 6/30/14 in the afternoon. When my husbands schedule changed he called and asked if they could come in the morning instead in which they agreed. Tom Beil showed up and my husband explained what had happened and ask how this could be fixed. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of things to my husband in detail till they came up with the best option. Tom gave us the estimate and with his little clean shoe booties, laid down a drop cloth where he was going to work and hooked up a hose to clean out the well tank by repeatedly flushing the tank till it ran clear. Then he installed the new filter on the wall and proceeded to cut the copper piping and install new piping and new shut off through the new wall filter. He explained in detail how to use the tool to change the filter and left an additional filter. He left the utility room as cleans as he found it, you couldn't tell he was even in the house except for the new filter. Part of the pricing included a 12 month service agreement. The service agreement waives the service call fee, adds a visual inspection, and water analysis. All of which my husband was really happy about especially when we found there were no issues with the water analysis. What's really funny, is that when he was working I went to Angie's list and found out they were on it with great reviews. It was a win win combination. Really glad my husband made the call and very happy to write this review.

I used Tim Beil last year when I was remodeling my bathroom and was very happy with their work. My toilet developed a "water hammer" noise a few months ago. I contacted Donna at Tim's and set up an appointment. They worked with me to set a time at the end of the day so I didn't have to take too much time off from work. Donna called me twice yesterday during the day to let me know that the guys would be at my house at 3:00pm. Brian and Steve pulled up to my house right at 3:00 on the dot. They are both nice young men and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The two young men were on time, were very polite and explained what they were going to do in the well house to correct our Ph. problem. They removed the old equipment, changed water lines for new system and showed me some thing to watch for in the future. They checked the lines coming into the house making sure we had water throughout the house, They were finished and cleaned up within an hour to 1.25hrs. They showed me how the product worked and what not to do to keep it running smoothly.
I would highly recommend Tim Beil Pluming to any one who has pluming needs. They are very pleasant to work with and did a great job.

Tim came out to the house and demonstrated to us the diffrence between hard and soft water, showed us the damage the hard water was causing. He made recommendations, and was honest regarding his pricing. There were no hiden cost. His team came out and were on time and professional. He even helped us out on a totally unrelated issued. I would recommend him highly.

We considered our problem an emergency. He came out that day. He took a piece and messed with it. He charged us $100 for a part that my husband had already purchased. He left his cheap knob here. He took part with him that were ours and left us cheap pieces.

Tim is like the plumber that other plumbers call. He’s brilliant, honest and does excellent work. Also, he gives an estimate upfront and charges based on the job he does, not a flat fee, which is a reason I really like him.
