"They were cutting my neighbor's tree and the tree fell on some wires which were attached to my house. The line ripped off and damaged my siding. The wire was just laying on my deck/backyard. Called them about the tripping hazard and about the damage to my house and they said they would send someone out. A few days later someone went to my backyard and snipped the line (turns out to be a cable line). I work from home and did not have internet for a few days because of them.They however denied that it was them. Might have been in retaliation because I called multiple times regarding the matter. 6 months later and my siding is still damaged. Horrible company with zero accountability."
