My doorbell/camera have been out of commission since 5/8/2025. I have been waiting for a Guardian subcontractor to come out to repair/replace since 5/8/2025. I find it hard to believe that this large, nationwide security company does not have inhouse techs for situations like this or cannot find a certified contractor. I am so frustrated. And if I cancel my contract (because their equipment is not functioning) I have to payout the balance of the contract,"
