"Honestly I was happy with universal windows from beginning to end. Great customer service. But when installer came he was top notch. Perfect job. Hard worker took no shortcuts at all. He was so thorough. He went beyond. I have cancer he wore mask for me even when he didnâ  t have to. He moved all my furniture back. And let me tell you he removed a glass block that was horrible not one word or grunt!!!! It was just horrible. He cleaned up everything. Covered everything.
