When the service person, Ryan Peters, came to do my inspection, I was told I had a freon leak somewhere, my unit was freezing up, it was running at 30% efficiency, and I would need a whole new A/C unit and furnace for the cost of $20K. He told me there was no reason to fix it because it was 17 years old and it would be extremely expensive to find the leak. When I called later to ask for that info. so I could get a second opinion, the story changed to, "you MIGHT have a leak", and they were reluctant to give me any of the information he told me the day prior. I was having no issues with my A/C, so I hired another HVAC professional with extensive experience. He came and told me he just needed to add freon for a minimal expense. My A/C is working perfectly. This company was bought out by a big corporation and it's all about $."

"Awful. Absolutely awful. We hired them for an insurance claim. The job was extremely sloppy. The drywall is uneven and chunky. There was paint splatter on my floor that no one felt the need to clean up. There was a spot on my floor that was supposed to be fixed under the carpeting. It was never fixed and I paid out of pocket to have that carpeting replaced and that floor fixed. the padding was never replaced under that section of carpet either and I paid for that too!! When I brought it up to the owner, I receive no response. I have called and left voicemails, my wife has called and left voicemails. I even contacted the restoration company who hired these goons, and they are just passing us off to the owner like it's all his fault. NO you hired an incompetent contractor. He has been to small claims court before, he may be going there again if this issue isn't resolved."

"It went very well. They did a real good job finding and repairing leaks in my roof, replacing defective gutters and downspouts. They then did a project to add drainage pipes front and rear. Reshaped the land and brought in topsoil to ensure that water runs away from the house instead of into it. I am very pleased and am hiring them to do additional projects. They are courteous, prompt and stand behind their work."
