"Michael's Brick Pointing tackled a very challenging job outside our Center City, 3 story home. The estimate was competitively priced. Michael listened to our description of our unique water problems, and our particular masonry/stucco deterioration problems, and the very challenging solutions I felt were needed.
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, he lended his expertise and creativity and together we came up with a workable, intuitive plan to solve a multivariable problem. This involved accessing two different neighbors' yards, erecting scaffolding, working around inclement weather, and coming up with some solutions as new issues were discovered.
The crew was considerate, respectful to my wife and daughter when I was away, always willing to educate us about the process, and absolutely skilled and professional. We had a great result with their work so far, and I recommend them without reservation.

"I couldn’t be happier with the job! Mike came out and gave me an estimate very quick. He gave me a great price and they did wonderful work. They came out and started the job a week after I signed the contract and were done in 3 days. Everything was done very professionally. I had them tear down an old deck and pour a 10x26 patio and new steps. It looks beautiful. It’s been 2 months and everything still looks perfect."

"WOW is the best description to use when using Richs Landscaping. From the initial meeting to review what we wanted to the final result. This is a family run business and Rich Jr. was a true professional. We had them install a EP Henry walkway from our new deck to our driveway, We couldn't be more pleased. They are perfectionists . We have had a lot of work done to our home in the last 2 years I always seem to find something wrong when we use contractors but in seeing their work ethic and attention to detail there was not one thing I could see that wasn't 110%. Throughout the installation Rich Jr stayed on the job doing much of the labor right with his crew. Rick Sr. stopped by to check throughout the process. They take pride in their work and certainly should. You will not go wrong with using this company !!"

"Very well! The project exceeded our expectations. Tim was onsite almost every day to communicate the progress and stayed available for questions when they arose. We threw a curveball at him towards the end of the project (added some stair lights ) and it was handled perfectly! "Randy was great and called me within minutes to get details on the project, then arranged to have Tony, one of their masons, come see it in person. Tony was friendly, professional, and did a great job once I decided to go with them to repair some crumbling brick walls in our backyard. "In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

"Chris, Eddie, Jeff and Luis removed an out-of-date wood burning stove and brought our fireplace back to its original glory and is finally usable. All are very friendly and customer oriented. I will recommend them any time!"
