"Michael's Brick Pointing tackled a very challenging job outside our Center City, 3 story home.  The estimate was competitively priced.  Michael listened to our description of our unique water problems, and our particular masonry/stucco deterioration problems, and the very challenging solutions I felt were needed.  
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, he lended his expertise and creativity and together we came up with a workable, intuitive plan to solve a multivariable problem.  This involved accessing two different neighbors' yards, erecting scaffolding, working around inclement weather, and coming up with some solutions as new issues were discovered.  
The crew was considerate, respectful to my wife and daughter when I was away, always willing to educate us about the process, and absolutely skilled and professional.  We had a great result with their work so far, and I recommend them without reservation.

This is a family run business and Rich Jr. was a true professional. We had them install a EP Henry walkway from our new deck to our driveway, We couldn't be more pleased. They are perfectionists . We have had a lot of work done to our home in the last 2 years I always seem to find something wrong when we use contractors but in seeing their work ethic and attention to detail there was not one thing I could see that wasn't 110%. Throughout the installation Rich Jr stayed on the job doing much of the labor right with his crew. Rick Sr. stopped by to check throughout the process. "The response to our original phone call was very quick and an explanation of the work to be done was very thorough on the first visit.  We felt very comfortable with the experience and although we had other quotes that were a little less  we felt based on the Angie’s List rating we would go with Hendrickson Excavating.   The work was scheduled very quickly and when the work was complete you would not have known a basement crack had been repaired.  Mark cleaned up the whole area making it look as if he had not been there.  When the bill arrived we were given a further discount as the extent of the work required was a little less than quoted, which we felt was excellent, because being inexperienced as we are we,  would not have known it took less to complete the job, very professional.   We fully support Hendrickson’s high rating on Angie’s List."

"In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! We love our new porch, patio, and driveway!"
