"We hired Plymouth Meeting Nursery to completely transform the exterior landscape of our 100+ year-old home, where we live with our three young children and our ever-faithful golden retriever. As a licensed landscape architect, we approached this project with high standards and were looking for a contractor who offered fair, transparent pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and timely execution. Plymouth Meeting Nursery delivered on all counts. The scope of work was extensive and included the demolition of all existing landscaping, a deck, concrete walkways, fencing, and excess soil. In its place, the team installed new fencing, a beautiful cedar pergola, repointed brickwork on our home, irrigation, a synthetic lawn alongside fresh sod and thoughtfully selected plantings, outdoor lighting, a stunning bluestone patio with brick steps and retaining wall, a brick and bluestone fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, sink, ice maker, and refrigerator. He came up with a design that we never could have dreamed of. He took into account the house style and colors. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work. All components are top of the line. They excavated the walkway, put down a gravel base strong enough for us to drive our car on to unload groceries. Mattâ s crew worked non-stop. They arrived right on time every day and cleaned up daily. They were very respectful to us and our property. Matt actually worked with his crew and made sure each cut was perfect. Hardly any waste which tells me they have years of experience working with the pavers. The icing on the cake was the led light installed in the blocks. They work on a transformer, have an extremely long life, can be easily replaced if they ever die and best of all you can control everything from your phone or iPad. You can set the time they go on and off, what days, etc. They also add a welcoming feeling as you walk to your front door. I canâ t say enough good things about Professional Landscape Service, Inc. If you want the job done right, hire these guys. They even brought in dirt to grade the walkway and seeded it! We didnâ t have to do anything except wait for the grass to grow.
