They were friendly, funny, actually explained the process as they did the granite and even got out the chips (which I didn't know was even possible) My granite looks better now than when it was new! I've had other company's clean and seal my granite and will never use anyone but Facility Specialists! The owner Julia was always in touch and even came the day the project was done to check on it! "We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed.
