The only thing is you can't use it for 48 hours. In order for all that product to cure it can't get wet. It was the best thing I did, it looks like a new shower. They are a little pricey, but it is worth it. He was a little pricey, but the tech that he sent out happened to be a former marine and he was the nicest guy who did a fabulous job. It is magnificent. I think the floors are a little pricey, but between you and me the guy fixed a couple of cracks in it for me. He did the whole floor and did not charge me. He was in my bathroom for a couple of hours; it is a process. They sent a sales rep out who comes and looks at the job. Then they give you the estimate and you pick and choose what you want done.

"Ralph was very thorough and professional.  He 1st had come out to discuss our options and quote a price based on our exact requirements.  We weren't sure the final sizes of the tiles we wanted so he gave us options and pricing for all of them.  After we purchased the product, he came out about a week later and did a great job taking down the old backsplash, which had issues coming off, then putting up the new one. We purchases larger files which Ralph cut down to size and it all came out looking very nice.  I would recommend Ralph for any backsplash installation.

"Van was very quick and responsive.   The whole process took 3 days.  We were very satisfied with the service in the beginning.  I need to mention that our floors were in horrible shape with multiple holes throughout the house.  He closed the holes and did patching work. But after the job was done and we got into the house we noticed a number of issues.  Living room floor had some areas where the polish wasn't spread evenly and it dried out in lumps. It looked like somebody spilled something on our floors (it was basically lumps of dry polish).
Upstairs floors were not evenly sanded and we still have large cracks between the boards that were not filled in.   Some parts are still pretty rough that i scratched my feel just by walking on the floor.  I must admit that the floors were in had condition,  and seemed like Van's crew didn't want to take their time to fix some old boards.
Price was good and he was very quick, but I am not sure if I will hire him again.  I might do it if I have better floors to begin with.
