It is a  5 bedroom brick with a lot of wood trim, a rather large job. he started and was finished as per his estimate, there were no " I need more money requests "  as is common with others. also, they sealed and stained a new deck. he is not happy, until you are with his work.no down payments for the job, you pay only when you are happy and they are done. he actually answers the phone, unlike others you call and your call goes straight to voice mail. I would use his company again."

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. "Dan DePriest came to give an estimate for powerwashing the deck floor and applying a clear sealer. He came on the same day that we called him. He was available to do the powerwashing that day, too, so we agreed to have him start right away. He did an excellent job washing the deck that had stains and winter dirt and green mold. He even washed the deck railing and the barbecue cover. He moved everything off  the deck in order to do the work. After allowing the deck to dry out, he returned three days later to replace the one board and to apply the clear seal to the deck floor. He used a long-handled paint pad to apply the sealer and took his time to cover the deck well. It has never looked better.
