Very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. In each case, the work was done professionally and completely, addressing the issues and leaving each area looking like new. The employees were very experienced and skilled, making some difficult repair situations look amazing. They treated our home like their own, even repairing some minor issues they spotted that were not initially requested. All of the crew were diligent in cleaning the rooms and closet areas that had been worked on. We found Robert Dell'aquilla Plastering by searching and researching previous reviews. We paid the higher price that came with a guarantee that if they came back they would promptly remove them again. I called the second time expecting the same level of concern and professionalism that is far from what occurred.A guy came out barely spoke, refusing to listen got out some spray , spoke very rudely was here a total of 5 minutes sat in his truck in our driveway for another 10-15 minutes and then left, we received no paperwork or feedback whatsoever. If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "
