They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They came back out to look at it and said the unit needed to be replaced. Now, four months later, we get a $90 bill for the second visit. After talking to them, there was no compromise on the second charge. Horrible customer service."
