Kurt Heckman came to my residence and gave me an estimate. I excepted his rate to remove two trees and also was given an estimate to remove four trees from my disabled neighbor. Also except rate. Gave us a time frame when to expect the job to be done. Never showed up and I tried several time calling and left messages. Never returned my calls. I even asked to send me a text and no response. If he was not able to do the job, a courtesy call or text would be appropriate and professional. As least then I would have been able to find another tree service to do the job. I would NEVER recommend them!!!! I found them through Home Advisor, and I will also be reporting them there for there poor service!!!

Wish I had the same positive experience the other reviewers had. They cut down a tree, damaging a clothesline pole in the process. Not only do they deny causing the damage, they were extremely rude after I messaged them, even to the point of making fun of the condition of the clothesline poles. This has left me frustrated, as I am very busy and expect professionals to be professional in their work and attitude. Never again with these clowns or anyone they know or affiliate with, and it is a shame, I have a lot more work to be done.

"I'm sorry for your frustration but fact is you did not even hire, meet me, or use home advisor. Your landscaper hired me. Nothing was damaged at your property by us as I tried to explain to you on the phone while you screamed at me. No complaint of damage was made until over a month after the work was done. If we damaged anything, we would of replaced it. Sorry again for your frustration about a clothes line. As you can see from all the other reviews over the years there has been zero problems with us. We run a respectful operation and will continue to do so."

The guys were great, I had some other trees to be removed and they were able to cut them down for a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them to others. They also did a great job cleaning up after.
