"When I called Andy to request an estimate, he came out the same day to look over the job in order to see what I wanted to have done which made me very happy. He did a good job with the electrical portion of the job (electrical component/wiring installation and electrical terminations). Primarily the only issue I had was that when he told me a time that he would be arriving at the house to start working for the day, he would show up anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours later than he stated that he would arrive which did not make me very happy. He didn't have the courtesy to call me when he was going to be late to inform me of his tardiness."

"Thomas Edison Electric came out in a hurry, sending an emergency electrician within a few hours of my call who had the materials ready on the truck and went over an upfront estimate for the cost of the work with me while they were here.
