We had a complicated (to say the least) short sale buying experience and I truly believe it was his hard work ethic and "get it done attitude" that is allowing me to write this review from inside our new home. "He came next day and gave me a quote latter the same day. It was a fair quote for the work to be done, I gave him a check for materials and he started the job the next day. He ran into a problem with existing porch when he he tore out existing porch and gave me an option on how to repair and what it would cost him to fix it. It was fair . He worked all day for 4 days and the job is very well done. I will use him again for other work on my house. It is an old building and is always in need of repair. Good quality work that is well done!"
