We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic."

I have issues with allergies and this visit she tackled all of the bookcases, desk area, computer cabinet, the high kitchen shelves where I display several decorative items, and more. So far she is concentrating on all of the areas in my home that never get addressed during the superficial weekly cleaning we try to do ourselves.
