Excellent workmanship. Reasonably priced. The job included hallways, foyer, staircase, and bedroom along with refinishing stair railings for the first time in 40 years. James was emphatic that the work would be done to our satisfaction and we were not disappointed. As an aside, we needed to make some last minute changes to the work schedule and James was very gracious in accommodating us. Would absolutely use his services again.

Exterior Painting
James and his crew were fast, thorough and great to work with. All the work was explained and performed with care and I am very happy with the result. They replaced cedar siding boards in various areas of the house and repaired other areas before sanding and painting the entire house. Two sheds also had wood replaced and repaired before painting to match the house. I would highly recommend James and Contemporary Concepts.

Job went well. Owners were polite, timely responses, patient while I took my time to select colors and decide direction of project. They took care of purchasing specified paint product and wood with 30% down payment, and removed debris. The project took only about a full week working on weekends while the weather was sunny. I am getting many compliments on the refresh look. Thank you!

We can't say enough great things about Contemporary Concepts and the transformation they performed (Exterior painting) on our home. We were looking for a contractor that we could trust, that would work with us...providing suggestions along the way, and the ability to meet our schedule with the highest level of quality. Through every step of project they were exceptional. From the initial meeting with James and Kathy, through the finished project we were completely satisfied. The attention to detail was amazing. They were always available to discuss the project, provide feedback and make a few changes on the fly for us. James' approached the work as if it was his own home. My home is worth a lot, and painting it has a big impact on its value, so I talked to a lot of painters. In the end I chose James for one simple reason -- I trusted him. This meant, - He treated my house like his own. - He has trained, hired, and kept the hardest workers and he was kind to them. - He pays so much attention to detail. - He stayed around to finish the job to your satisfaction, not his. - He was willing to charge you the right price and make good recommendations in the interest of quality, not getting the money. - He understands that good business is about long term reputation, not short term gains. - He was humble and ready to address even the smallest concerns. - He was there when you needed him, even after the money was paid. In the end, I would never choose another painter. The value of my home has dramatically increased and at a small fraction of the cost to paint it. Don't hesitate.

James and Kathy were very meticulous from start to finish, did an excellent whole house job of interior painting and epoxy flooring of the garage in a timely manner, after job clean up was also vey clean. James and his team did an outstanding job. They painted four bedrooms, four bathrooms, the living room and the dining room. At the end of each day James went over what they had done and what the plan was for the next day. They were meticulous. Every room is beautiful. He went over each room several times to make sure nothing had been missed and that everything was perfect. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again.

Exceptional! James and Kathie are true professionals. They started the work on time and finished according to their estimated time and the estimated cost. We had them paint our whole house, including all walls and ceilings - two floors - 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, dinning room, sitting room, sun room, living room. The work was exact and of high quality, with all ceilings and cutting done with exact precision. They also did their best to minimize the impact to our family, as we were home during the whole painting job, and they worked very well around our lives, moving anything back into place as they were working. The house was left nicely painted and spotless when they finished the job, with all electric receptacles, wall plates, lighting, vent covers, etc. perfectly back in place. We highly recommend Contemporary Concepts in painting LLC to anyone that needs any size painting job.
