Bruce does quality work at a good price. He is very professional and also personable. The house looks beautiful. He tied the new addition into the existing 100 yr. old house and it matches so well with the materials he used. He sourced wood trim for us for the best price to match the 100 year old trim in the house. He kept us informed through all of the projects which were completed on time. Bruce has met all of our expectations. In 2011 he completed an 800 sq. ft. addition to our home. Photos are available at his website bbiechyconstructionco.com. This project included a new second floor master bedroom, a full bath on the first floor, and a new kitchen. He also took two small rooms on the second floor and turned them into one large bedroom. He installed new flooring in the renovated bedroom and added a closet. The second project was the renovation of two out buildings: the old summer kitchen and the original garage. Both buildings were vinyl sided, windows were replaced and metal roofing installed. In addition the old summer kitchen was gutted, new dry wall installed, original flooring refinished, and decorative beams were installed in the ceiling. It is now a one room cottage that we use for overnight guests. Most recently Bruce updated our 50+ year old bathroom on the second floor. All of the old fixtures were removed and he installed new drywall, bead board wainscoting, new fixtures, new flooring, and new doors and trim.
