We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. Red Carpet Treatment During every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.
"Tim Calfo is a liar, a crook and does not deserve the privilege to own a business that serves the community. Do your homework before you hire this company. LONG story short, I purchased a new boiler system. I was promised the new system would work in the same manner as the old one, meaning my home was zoned for different areas with different thermostats (through circulator pumps). The technicians that completed the installation never took the time to learn how my home was setup and did not complete the zoning for the new system at the time of install. Instead of admitting their mistake, I was lied to multiple times and told my previous system was never zoned. (Which is a lie and verified by a 3rd party who has worked in this home prior to me buying it). Now, they want to charge more money to fix it because and zoning was not part of the original contract . This bait and switch type tactic seems to be a common theme for Calfo based on other reviews, they do this pretty often."
