Sam, Kendall, and Kelly have been phenomenal. They have come to my home on several occasions and they have done an excellent job! I highly recommend Sam, Kendall, and Kelly.

As always Laurel does an excellent job. She is professional and very nice.

Kelly is such a blessing to our young family! Every time visit she visits she ensures each room is cleaned from top to bottom. And she does it with a smile on her face and friendly/professional demeanor. Would highly recommend!

Ashley and Kelly did a great job cleaning our house. Though the company in general seems short staffed, we've been fortunate to keep the same person and it has been pretty consistent for us.

They were under staff, short staff every time and they sent different cleaners every time, most of the cleaning is fine, but their are certain things that they find it difficult to do. They used mostly generic cleaning products.

Madison and Alycia (each came individually, two separate times) did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They arrived within the time window and were friendly and polite. I have no problems with the cleaners.

scheduling was easy. I submitted online quote request. Was contacted within 12 hours. Tooke time to talk thru details of my home and asked me what was most important to ME to get cleaned well. Cleaning team of Alicia & Katie arrived on time and worked diligently, communicating with me and with one another pleasantly. Results are really good & I'm pleased to have the job completed. There was a clear financial commitment quote up front and a credit card provided. While I am aware of how long the service was here, I have not yet actually been charged, so I don't 100% know what the final cost will be, but I have no reason to think it will deviate from what was quoted. As always April does a wonderful job cleaning our home. She is thorough and consistent with her work and is a very pleasant person!

After keeping me on the phone for 15 minutes, getting all the details of the house and providing an estimate, when it came time to schedule I was told that they were overbooked and could not accept any new jobs. WHY WASTE MY TIME ? If they were backed up and unable to accept any new jobs, the person that answered the phone should have been aware of that and told me within the first minute of my call.

I have been pleased with Maid Pro. Angel and Haley have been doing the cleaning for the last few weeks & they have been doing a great job. They are very nice girls & aim to please. If something isn’t done the way you like it, they will make it right. Thank you Angel & Haley!!

Very happy with MaidPro. When you call in to schedule, they are very accommodating. They sent Audrey to clean for me, and she was so personable and did an excellent job. It's so nice to come home to a clean house! I would highly recommend them. No complaints here!!

It was done very well. The master bedroom and bathroom were cleaned better than than a five star hotel. The hardwood floors and wood cabinets are always nicely cleaned to look like a model home.

We are completely satisfied with our experience with MaidPro. We received an email the day before to confirm our time and date. Two ladies came who were pleasant and professional. They worked very hard for 5 hours. Every surface shines. All dust is gone. Our refrigerator especially looks very clean inside. We would highly recommend their service.

There were two girls, one was fabulous and one not so good.

They did an excellent job. Showed up on time and gave our entire home a thorough cleaning. We told them what areas we wanted them to focus on (blinds, floors, etc.), and they took note and made sure to concentrate on those areas.

When I started traveling for work I made the decision to use a cleaning service so that I could maximize the time with my family between trips.  I tried a number of services and had very bad experiences. Poor service, damage to my home, missing toys and jewelry etc.  I stopped service but later decided to give Maid-pro a shot.  This was my final attempt to find a provider I could trust.  They were much better than the others but I still wasn't satisfied.  I had no issues with damage or missing items but staff changed constantly.  Quality was poor and price was higher than all the others.  Repeated calls to owner got promises but no results. I cancelled service. | | More than a year later I received call from a new owner.  She was looking for feedback from past clients so that she could better understand what they had done right and what had gone wrong.   I was impressed that she cared enough to ask and decided to give them another try.  Very glad I did.  Price is lower (almost 20%) and quality of work is fantastic!  I have had the same person assigned to my house for more than a year and she is always on time, professional and does an outstanding job!  On the few occasions that I have had to call the office (to reschedule etc), I have been very happy with my interactions.  Finally! A service I can count on!

It went well. I understand from my family member that the two women they sent were courteous, professional, diligent, and interested in making sure (for the most part) everything was done to our satisfaction. We are learning from one another though so it will take a little time to work out our communication. Which is what every good relationship needs. So I am grateful to MaidPro for sending such willing workers and people I can get to know.
Again, they were really focused on the tasks and helped me to learn to ask for my needs too. We will be doing a weekly clean starting next month so I am sure that we will improve our communication needs and know better how to get what needs to be done better.
Thank you so much for the time in our house to help keep it going. Also, thank you so much for sending such wonderful women, Jill and April to our house. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

They cleaned my house three times. The first girl who did the initial clean was here 5 hours and did an awesome job. After that i had them come for 3.5 hours every 2 weeks (2 more times). The second girl who came did a good job other than my stairs still had lint, etc. on them and got everything cleaned. The third girl that came only managed to clean the upstairs of my house and the kitchen. Now out of the other two times the house had been cleaned, this was the cleanest it had been prior to a cleaning due to them cleaning and keeping up. I cancelled my service with them for a few reasons. 1 - I'm looking for the same person to come each week. When it's random, never the same, it's hard to trust to leave a key. 2 - Also being that it wasn't the same person the level of service isn't really the same. 3- if i am going to have to be here the entire time they are here i expect them to be prompt and at the same time. Each time they came they left a note thing that said what they had done and the tme and date of the next service.  Which each time said between 9 and 9:30.  For my 3rd cleaning (and what turned out to be last) First I didn't get the reminder call so I called about that.  On the day of my cleaning at 11 nobody was here.  I called and the owner told me she had a girl cancel so she sent the team to clean my house to another customer's house to clean and the girl cleaning my house wouldn't be there until 12:30 or 1.  I canceled my service because i felt 1 - she was very unapologetic and acted as though she didn't need my business; 2 - She told me the time range for the cleaning was 9-1, which was never told to me and not the case as i understood it.  And if that is there rule, i am not going to spend the entire day stuck at home for a housecleaning.  3 - She could have provided a courtesty phone call to me saying the girls would not be there unti later that day.  A good cleaning service is hard to find and I'm still on the hunt.

I called Maid with Care and talked to Debbie about having my house cleaned biweekly.
She quoted me a price for two ladies for 2 hours and also told me about the $25 off coupon available for the first cleaning.
They called the Friday before to confirm the Monday appointment. On Monday the weather was bad and they called to say that they would be late. My husband was home that day and he said they sent 3 ladies who cleaned for 2 hours. When I got home the house smelled clean and they appeared to be very thorough.
I set them up to come every other week on Fridays so that I can have my house clean for weekend entertaining.
I'm hoping that they will keep up the good work.
