They did a wonderful job! He pre-treated the high traffic and stained areas and went over them twice with the machine. My 20 year old carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend their service - quick, thorough, and very professional.

Kemper Carpet Care did an excellent job on my carpets, area rug and sofa. I had a few difficult pet stains that came right out and my carpets look like new (carpet is 9 years old) and everything dried really quick. Thank you so much. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dave and his office staff. He was prompt and professional. Because of my daughter, my carpets were a mess. I have a large house and Dave stayed until all of the carpets looked like new! He really takes pride in his work and worked very hard to make sure that all the stains were gone. Thanks again Dave - you are truly appreciated!

Carpets were a mess. I have no idea what kinds of things my daughter spilled on her floor, but there were dark stains everywhere, and the other carpet looked worn and stained also. I was amazed at how good everything looked when Kemper was done. I was also impressed that I was told what stains could not be removed (although, for the most part they actually DID remove them). They really know their business! I highly recommend them for their honesty, their skill, their punctuality and their professionalism.

Went ok... Kemper was responsive and nice. At the end f the day, I thought 160 was a little much for 4 small carpets, landing and steps.

I never write reviews. Dave August earned this one. Dave was prompt and courteous with all pre-work follow up calls. He showed up on time with his son on a Saturday afternoon. He reviewed exactly what he was going to do...and did it! The carpets and stairs look great! He did not try to upsell in any way and made certain we were completely satisfied before he left. He charges by the room/square footage and steps. Easy to understand. The carpets are now completely dry and furniture back in the rooms. The carpets look brand new! I asked for his business cards to share with my family. Highly recommend. Will definitely use Dave August again!

Dave Kemper was right on time and did an excellent job. There were two very dirt spots that he worked on continuously and by the time he left they were both gone. I will absolutely use Kemper Carpets again - the price and quality of work are excellent!
