"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

Wally's crew was professional and efficient. The work was well done, and I couldn't be happier. I would gladly contact Wally & his team for future projects. "Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I used them last year to get our driveway approved and it was the best decision ever! I was told by neighbors it would never get approved but after speaking with Sofia, I was put at total ease knowing that I was in good hands through this process. She was very professional and explained every step in full detail. She kept in constant communication as I never had to call or chase her down. "Less than 5 years ago, I spent in excess of $10,000 to have a new unit installed with a 10 year warranty. I should have seen the red flags from the very beginning. The sales representative told us additional vents would be installed and when the installation crew showed up, that did not happen. Fast forward to the present and I am now on my 4th phone call for an appointment this season, 3 days so far of not being able to work as I waited for a technician to come diagnose the problem. The 3rd. tech came last night and indicated that the work the other tech did was not for the root of the problem. (I was told in front of witnesses that the work needed to be done, was not covered under warranty, would cost me $367 and would fix my issues)In fact, the 3rd tech only made the issue worse by leaving our attic return unscrewed and overfilling our unit with Freon that the 4th tech had to remove from our system. Upon leaving last night I was told that everything was corrected. Today - my home is slowly creeping up in temperature (presently 80 degrees inside, while set to 72). The company keeps trying to sell me a "maintenance plan" and I keep reiterating to EVERY one who pushes it that we have been getting tune ups/cleanings elsewhere and will only use them for warranty issues since we have had NOTHING but problems with them."
