FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING

Some called me quickly and came out to evaluate the job. Then I never heard anything. Called back three times and and was told my contact would reach out, but they never did. Finally I called again and they just told me they couldn't help me.

FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING is extremely responsive, professional and does high quality work at a reasonable cost. They recently mounted a new bathroom double vanity and installed new faucets and did an excellent job. Prior to the work, I contacted a number of highly rated contractors. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING was the only one who could do all of the work with one team - the others wanted to have a carpenter on-site one day and then plumbers come in a different day, and this just wouldn't work with our schedule. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING's price was also the most reasonable of all the people I spoke with and even took the time to do an in-person quote to confirm the work that was needed (no other company did that for us). I would definitely recommend and use FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING again.

The foreman came out to my house to give me a free estimate. I had initially asked for an estimate on some additional work to add a drain line for my washer in addition to the bathtub drain. The foreman did a little digging around the washer and found that the drain line for the washer already existed, but the contractor that built the house had not punched out the insert on the outlet box so it was not visible. This was a simple fix of punching out the insert and connecting the existing drain hose, so he did this immediately and helped me test that it worked. He did not charge me for this. I was impressed with his honesty and helpfulness as this could have been a several hundred dollar job if a new drain line was installed to the bottom of the sink as I had expected would be required. During the initial visit, I also receive a quotation for the bathtub drain replacement. The price seemed high, but since I didn't get other quotations for this small job so I can't compare cost with other providers and did not rate it in this review. I had some difficulty scheduling the bathtub drain work since I had to play phone tag with the foreman, but after a few tries we were able to schedule a date for the work. On the day of the work, the plumbers arrived on time and were very quick to complete the job. They had already cleaned up and were ready to leave when they told me the job was done. I would have preferred that they reviewed the completed work with me immediately after they finished the job since I had to go back to the bathroom to look by myself to make sure the work was satisfactory before paying. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work and the honesty of the company in assessing the jobs.

I was so impressed with the responsiveness of this company.  I called and they said that they would have someone out TODAY and not charge me for emergency services (which was good, as this wasn't an emergency - just a nuisance). 
When they looked like they were going to miss their 1pm appointment, they called me and asked if they could come later.  I didn't have anywhere to go, so that was fine.  They then showed up an hour later.
The gentleman was here for maybe a half hour.  He left a clean workspace.
I also was able to use a coupon and pay by credit card (anything but Amex). 
Overall - great job.  I'm writing this review prior to letting too much water run through the pipes, but the first few tests were great.

The company was on time,friendly and punctual.

My complaint was water hammering.  Tech arrived on time after I explained the problem and told him about the noise the toilet was making he discovered the flapper was leaking in the toilet. He changed the flapper and a week later I can say that it appears the problem is fixed. He was at the house for a total of 30 minutes...I get it - he figured out the problem and replaced a 5.00 part...but really $205.00 for 30 minutes - I guess that goes back to the saying 5.00 for the part and 200.00 for knowing what part to change?

Because all of this could not be done at one time it required a good deal of coordination.  Falcone & Truman were very responsive and worked with us to find time that fit both our and their schedules.  Because of the multiple visits, we had three different mechanics work on this project.  All three were very competent and courteous.  There was good hand offs between teams.  Whoever came to work on the project knew exactly what had to be done and had all of the necessary parts and supplies. This is a very professional organization.

The two young gentlemen who showed up at our house were very polite and professional, even removing their shoes every time they came back into the house.  The second and third part of the job were not part of the original job. I asked them to do these while they were there and they did so without a problem.  All parts of the job were done so to complete satisfaction.  They even educated us not to allow our two young boys to flush wipes down the toilet.  This seemed to be the answer as the toilet has been working flawlessly since.

I called and gave the details of the work required, and they came out the same day and gave me an estimate for the work.I scheduled the work over the phone and they came out promptly and completed the work in a couple of hours and at the estimated price.

The provider was professional and very helpful.  Because I have mobility issues, it was hard for me to clear out the cabinet under the sink.  The provider, I'm sorry, I can't recall his name, was kind enough to pull out all of the stuff for me so I could sort out the stuff to be thrown away and when he finished replacing the faucet, he insisted on putting the things I decided to keep, back in in the cabinet for me.  He also added shut-off valves under the sink.  I was so pleased with the service I received, I decided to replace the toilet in my other bathroom.
When I have another plumbing need, I will call Falcone & Truman.

I called as an urgent need. The plumber arrived within the time stated. We have well water and it had caused a hole in the copper pipe . He repaired it quickly and neatly. No complaints about the job. We had asked about getting a price on additional work and someone came to estimate and said they would send the proposal but we never got it . We were disappointed at the lack of interest in further work so I don't know if we would use them again .
