Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better.
