As usual everything went great. Pat took good care of my cats. She sent texts everyday along with photos. I always use Fetch services for my animals.

Fetch is terrific. For the price other services charge just to let the dog out, Loree also takes him for a short walk. Bart is totally blind from birth and is starting to lose his hearing, but Loree is great with him. If she's unavailable, Fetch sends a sub. I could not be happier with the people and the service.

Perfect. Lynn came over to meet the dogs about a week or two before we left. You can tell immediately she is an animal lover. She's intelligent, caring, and a great conversationalist. You can tell she takes pride in taking care of these animals. We were out of town for about 5 days in which Lynn would come over in the evening around 7, feed the dogs and then stay the night. We felt completely comfortable with Lynn staying over. Our dogs loved her and we will be using her again in the future.

When we got our first dog last year, I realized that some days the pooch would be alone longer than I'd like her to be, and so we sought the services of a dog walker last December. I went with Fetch! after reading so many positive reviews online. I filled out their web form, and then one of their dog walkers contacted me to see up a time for all of us (me, him, and the dog) to meet. In that first visit, we talked for a while about his experience, and our dog got a chance to get used to him a bit. We scheduled our first dog walking shortly thereafter. Paul, our dog walker, has been fantastic: he takes good care of our girl and is easy to schedule with.
The way Fetch! works is that they put you in contact with one of their people for service, and you schedule directly with that person; that person then submits their schedule to Fetch!, and the company handles the billing. So at the end of every month, I get a clear invoice from Fetch!, and then they bill my credit card. There was only a problem with the billing once in the last year (just a data entry mistake), and they fixed it very quickly and courteously.
As it turned, our dog walker's wife also does cat-sitting through Fetch!, and so we also use their services to have someone look in on and feed our cats when we go out of town. I've been completely happy with the service and recommend it to my friends.

excellent. The dogs were well cared for and relaxed when we got home. The gals left notes and even took the trash out for us. We couldn't be happier!

Everything went well and our cat seemed to really like her too!  We have used her again since our first visit and all went just as well.  The only thing to note for the service is that you cannot have anyone else coming into the house during the time that they are caring for your pet.  Makes perfect sense in terms of responsibility, though, so we had no issues with the policy.

It went well. Fetch Pet cat sitter visited every day for a week and fed the cats; cleaned litter boxes; took the cat food cans out to the trash. She also watered my plants.

on time, i would have liked to talk to vet a little more but she seemed hurried, but the tech was able to answer my questions. they shaved kitties butt , sort of a mess, could have been shaved more.
overall good due to kitties anxiety of cars and was great to have a home visit
Response from Fetch Pet Care Pittsburgh
"Hello, Thank you for your review, however, I believe you are looking for a different company. We do not do any veterinary services. We are PET SITTERS. We do not shave cats butts. Lol. Please kindly remove your review and find the VETERINARY service who took care of your cat to review. Thank you!"

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have used Fetch.  Our pet sitter, Bekah, is awesome.  She sends us pictures of the kitties while we're gone.  She also keeps us apprised of anything unusual around the house.  For example, on our last trip she texted us to let us know that our power had been out at the house.  Check out Fetch.  They offer many pet-sitting options and are reasonably price.   It's nice to have peace of mind and not worry about your furry family members while you're away.

When I called the number listed, I was referred to a franchise that was closer to my residence.  Since it was the weekend, I left a message.  Matt called and asked what we needed done.  One of my kitties must have medication with her meals.  I was e-mailed a form to fill out that included all the information about the pets, vet phone number, emergency contacts, etc. Laura was assigned to be my sitter.  She called and we made arrangements for her to come and meet the cats. She arrived right on time, and I introduced her to one cat.  Surprisingly, she also got to see the other one which is notoriously afraid of strangers. I walked her through all their routines, including medication dosage and how "scaredy cat" will have accidents. Laura took notes and asked pertinent questions. She assured me they would be well taken care of.
While away, I received a few texts and photos of my babies.  Laura even got the scared one to make an appearance.  She took care of all medications and accidents. She brought in my mail on the last day and left the porch light on for us. The next day she returned the house key in person. She was great!

Response from Fetch Pet Care Pittsburgh
"This is NOT a client of Fetch Pet Care. She uses a sitter who works for Fetch independently. Please kindly remove your review since you are not one of our clients, and never have been. If your sitter charges you too much, then that is something you'll have to take up with her since you pay her directly. She stole your business from Fetch and now we are getting the bad review for her overpricing you. If you had gone with our company, we charge less than what she is charging you and we offer so much more. Such as bonding, insurance, back up sitters and so much more. However you chose to hire the sitter outside of Fetch, and therefore have no right to review our company or to complain about pricing when you don't pay us anything!"

Very well.  Becka visited daily for a week, kept us informed and responded to changes in our needs during the week.
