Scherluck LLC focuses on Asbestos and Mold/Moisture Intrusion Inspections in residential dwellings. This includes sampling and fogging mold with a biocide. We use EmLab P&K to test samples. They have a long list of accreditations and certifications with relatively short turn around times. Our inspectors have the accreditations, training and experience needed to conduct thorough inspections, sampling and biocide fogging.

"Excellent. He was very conscientious, followed through on everything he was asked to do, and used his knowledge to address any questions that came up."

Advanced Vertical Solutions, LLC D.B.A. AVS Elevator is built on the life long experience as a 4th generation native Oregonian and 2nd generation elevator constructor. Frank A. Stalen and his father Paul J. Stalen have spent their elevator careers and lives in the City of Portland, contributing to its local communities. Their combined Oregon history brings AVS Elevator an in-depth study of the elevator industry dating back to the early 1950‘s and an understanding of its place in our ever growing economy and local communities. Home Inspection questions, answered by experts

Services typically take 1-2 hours, depending on the stove’s condition and accessibility.

Trained eyes spot subtle indicators amateurs might miss, ensuring issues are addressed before they escalate.

Do a little background research on a few certified HVAC companies before choosing the best one for your job. Look for things like how long the company has been in business, and check their online customer reviews.

When choosing an inspector, also ask to see a sample inspection report. A professional inspection report should detail all the areas and components of an HVAC system, provide findings, and include any recommendations for repairs. Finally, find a contractor you’ll feel comfortable with who can address any questions or concerns you may have after the inspection.

Costs for home inspections vary depending on location and other factors, but you can expect to pay between $280 and $500 .

Costs depend on pipe length, accessibility, and whether additional services are required.
