 + -1 moreLeo Birdsall , who is licensed in Oregon and Washington, is very thorough and precise. He took me back through all of the inspections that he had made and explained things to me in a way that I could comprehend them. He was extremely polite and willingly answered every question that I had. He was prompt in arriving on time and was willing to spend as much time as needed with me so that I could be confident that I understood everything. I would recommend Leo to anyone needing a home inspection and would readily call upon his services the next time I might have such need. His prices are quite reasonable as well!

We were able to remedy the situation. He was pleasant and I would recommend him.
Description of Work: He did some testing in the house and outside for mold to determine the most likely cause of the problem we were experiencing. He then made recommendations.
