"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

"We contacted David for a refrigerator repair and charged us $600 for the service. Told us we had 60 day warranty and to let him know if we had any issues. Sure enough we had to call him a day later because our freezer portion still wasn’t working he came about 2 days later and “fixed” it. We are still having problems with our freezer and have been messaging him. He tells us he will come one day but something always comes up. We messaged him again to see if he was planning on coming to do the work if not so we could stop wasting each others time at this point the warranty is now over but we just want answers. He was supposed to come out today but still have not heard from him. David is a nice guy but the communication is not there for this company."

"We had interviewed many remodeling contractors. We let them know what we wanted in the remodel. They generally stated “We can do that”. They made no recommendations or suggestions and gave us a price. Warren at Kitchen&Bath Restylers, on the other hand listened to our thoughts, asked a lot of questions and gave a multitude of recommendations. We did our own demo. His foreman Mike did a tremendous job and made many suggestions to expedite our adventure into uncharted waters. Even though we were remodeling 3 rooms plus surrounding areas-flooring, molding and paint; we never felt overwhelmed with decisions. All choices were shown in easy to understand designs. If you had an issues or questions during the remodel, his team would be very responsive to such requests. Everyone we dealt with connected with Kitchen&bath Restylers was knowledgeable, polite and detail oriented. We did not go over budget and because of Warren and crew’s expertise there were no surprises. We have and will continue to highly recommend Kitchen&Bath Restylers for any of your remodeling needs."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
