Mr. Electric of Kennewick

I had a fantastic experience with Mr Electric of Kennewick, and I’ll definitely be calling them the next time I need an electrician. We purchased a new electric vehicle, and wanted a 220 outlet installed in our garage. In less than a week’s time, Leo and Cloe arrived to install the outlet, which they finished in just a few hours. They worked efficiently, were obviously quite knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area when finished. Most importantly, they worked amazingly together as a team, and were very friendly and easy to talk to. The price was great, especially considering they added a few extras at no additional charge, in addition to offering generous discounts. I can’t say enough good things about Mr Electric of Kennewick, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

Aaron Lomax did an outstanding job. He was scheduled between noon and 3pm. At 12:01 the doorbell rang. He was timely and extremely efficient. Get more reps like him!

Itâ s hard to find a good contractor these days. All of the work was done ahead of schedule and because it was done ahead of schedule they didnâ t charge me the full amount of the bid. Who does that these days. I would definitely use them again on any electrical work.

They were very nice about the changing requirements of our â newâ 5 year old house. I am hiring them again to put another outlet plus outside lights. I would hire them in a heart beat!!

Communication was excellent, I received text messages prior to their arrival with a photo of who to expect. When something unexpected came up and they couldnâ t make the original appointment, I received a call promptly with an apology. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were polite and thoughtful. They did good work. They anticipated any needs or troubles. I did not shop around for Price, so I cannot speak to the comparison of price. However I paid less than I expected to, so I feel that the value monetarily was good.
