I let him know that he had missed these areas, and he implied that I was partly to blame because I had walked around the house with him as he was checking, and I hadn't noticed them myself. He said he would split the cost of fixing the last 3 holes, even though he later admitted that it was his fault. I have to say that if you want color and conversation at your backyard bbq, Randy's your man. But if you want an exterminator who is serious about doing a thorough job, look elsewhere."

This was a very iterative process and we customized it to our needs. We had some old stone that Scott incorporated into our project (per our request), even though this was more labor intensive.
