"Dan Steen provided a quick response to a thermostat/attic vent and roof issue. Local HVAC and roofing companies in the Bend area wouldn’t commit to such a small fix (less than $1000) given their busy summer months. Dan responded over the weekend and was there to fix it early Monday morning. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. I’ll call Cascade Peak Home Services first the next time I need a handyman in the Bend area. Highly recommend!"

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."
