"I hired AJ to install an electric range fill kit that I had purchased. He looked at the instuctions and examined the fill kit prior to the visit to install the kit. When he attempted to install the kit, he told me he forgot to bring a metal cutting blade, but would use a grinder to cut the steel piece to the right length. (even though he knew he would need a metal saw and blade) Then he cut one of the pieces too short, and also ruined the paint on the pieces by using the grinder. He proposed filling the gap with silicone and that I buy paint to cover it. I told him I was skeptical, and asked him if he would make it right if we didn't like the result. He looked me in the eye, smiled, and said that he would. The silicone shrunk and looked awful. Painting it would not have helped. I notified AJ that I purchased another fill kit and asked him to contact me to install it. He ghosted me and has not responded. So I had to buy another kit and also pay someone else to cut it. I really regret hiring him, and I'm so disappointed since I liked him and thought he was a trustworthy person."

"Great experience. Our dryer was having issues with starting and with drying. Scheduled an estimate within two days of calling. Aidan called to me let me know he’s be early, he diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He was back when the part came in and the dryer worked for a bit and then had other issues. Aidan came back and found additional issues with the motor. He apologized and made the situation right and replaced the motor. He didn’t over charge us for the additional labor. I really feel like Genie has integrity and really cares about their customers. Twenty loads later, the dryer is better than it was before it started breaking down. Genie will be the only company I’ll call for appliance repair."

"Was assigned by my home warranty to fix my furnace, 3 months and several attempts later we still have the exact same problem. It is not fixed. When my frustrated spouse told them not to come back, along with the, "sorry we couldn't fix it." We were told the technician has pictures of our thermostat showing 72 degrees. (Space heaters and fireplaces are apparently not supposed to be used when your furnace is out) we're from the desert, we like it from 75-77."
