First of all, the doorbell rang at almost exactly 8 AM: the target arrival time. The two men at the door, Brian and Barley, were professional, friendly, and talked to my dogs. I showed them the location of the window seat and explained what I expected for the end result: we were all on the same page. Then, just in case there was time left over, I showed them the alcove that needed finishing.
Brian checked with me as the work progressed whenever there was a shade of a question. I was amazed at their efficiency!
