"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"

"On 4/26/2020 I had United Structures perform a moss removal and roof treatment service on my home. The invoice states "Roof treatment is guaranteed for 2 years. Roof treatment can prevent moss growth for up to 3-5 years." Within 1.5 years, I now have moss growing on my roof again. I first attempted to contact Dominic via email ([email protected]) on 1/17/22 to have him come back out & take care of it but received no response. I sent another email on 1/19/22 (to that same email address & to [email protected]) and received no response. I sent another email on 1/26 (using the previous 2 email addresses as well as [email protected]) with no response. I called the number provided on the business card & the number on the invoice with no answer. I then texted both numbers, with no answer. I would like United Structures to refund my initial amount paid or finish the job."
