Rafael promptly showed up for the estimate at our new home. We walked the yard for an estimate on installing a fence on each of the home. Due to the gallery on his website, I was able to reference the fence I wanted installed --- Good Neighbor Solid. The craftsmanship looked great. After a down payment, work from beginning to end took about 3.5 days. His crew on this job is friendly and answered any of our questions. In addition, one worker gave us a stain/sealer recommendation. They cleaned up each day and really took their time. Due to their professionalism, patience, and skill, I have a great looking fence. I would recommend Rafael for any type of work you need. I am still in contact with Rafael as he is providing an estimate on my mother's house (siding) and I need a few roof tiles looked at. No disappointment! The men (dad and son) work so well together. They take the time to hand select the wood so it is straight (true) and of high quality. The post holes were dug accurately and new posts placed plumb; which we all know, is the most critical part of fence building, allowing the rest of the fence construction to go smoothly. They used non-rusting screws, not nails, to affix the vertical boards to the stringers taking care to line up the holes rather than just drill in in a scattered fashion. They said it would take a day and it did! These men keep a clean work site and are meticulous about leaving behind no trace of construction work having been done. You will not be disappointed !!

Everything went very well. Rafael, Sr. and Jr. were punctual and wasted no time as they worked. There was a last minute change in design and material, which they readily accommodated with a smile. To get the best wood, they even went to a second location when the first vendor's stock did not meet their standards. They kept the work site tidy and did an A+ job of cleaning up when they were through.

Rafael replaced one side of the fencing for my rental and fixed a broken gate. He finished the job as promised and the price was fair and comparable to other estimates. Rafael also replaced a fence between my home and the neighbors and we were very satisfied with the results.

He came out the same day we called to do an estimate (Friday) and returned the following Tuesday to do the work! Others we had called were weeks out on scheduling. His crew took down the broken posts and old fence boards, took down the play structure, and haled away all the wood and debris, he even offered to haul away some other wood we had in the yard! Fast, very friendly and professional. Will definitely call again for future jobs.

Very professional, timely, dependable, and reasonably priced. We could not believe how fast the roof was replaced. The price was extremely reasonable. All of the old material was removed immediately. Other contractors told us it would take 4 or 5 days to complete. This contractor completed the job in 2 days. This is the first remodeling contractor we will contact for future work. We recommend this contractor to anyone looking for reasonable pricing, reliable, and exceptional work.

Rafeal Esparza was a remarkable worker and builder. He worked very hard with few time-outs. The result is a beautiful cedar fence designed to keep my yard looking good and keeping my three dogs in. In addition Mr. Esparza is very nice man with a great work ethic. In addition, he's very easy to talk with as the project proceeds. And his project costs are very fair. I will use him over and over again.
