Chuck and his colleague arrived on the same day that I reported my issues to them. They called ahead of their visit and arrived on time. While Chuck inspected and corrected issues with some of the floats that had got tangled with the cords in the pump tank, his colleague serviced the alarm itself and ensured everything was working correctly. They were both efficient and helpful in getting the job done within the hour.
- Network Electric was punctual, professional, and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and was able to isolate the problem and head the septic tank working within minutes. They charged exactly what they said they would. They explained exactly the problem and the solution and were friendly, fair and honest. I would definitely use them again.
Chuck and Aaron came out on the following MOnday and installed the new pump. They were quick and efficient and had us back up and running in less than an hour.
Then the fun started. Three days later, the alarm went off again and the new pump had failed. They came out again, checked it all out and installed another new pump. They identified the problem that had caused the pump to fail, and covered the new pump and labor under warranty.
When I again later that night had problems with the new pump, (none of which had anything to do with Network's installation), they advised me what to do, then came out again and serviced the problems. Eventually, they found a problem in my system that was unrelated to their work or the pump, and which once serviced, has our system working again. Their diligence and willingness to help saved me money and time and hassle in getting our system working.
All in all, they came out 4 times and never charged me another penny beyond the original pump and installation. They were very focused, professional, and did everything they could to help me.
I would recommend them or use them again with no reservations whatsoever.
