He let me know in advance what to expect on the install date and the timing of power shut off to power on, and it happened exactly as he described. Very professional throughout the whole process offering explanations of the install process, with patience and knowledge. Tim Geise adapts to changing needs with patience and provides knowledgeable alternative solutions quickly. The whole process has been painless, and enjoyable.
