Andrew Korte Heating & A C Inc

I called Korte at 10.00 a.m. and Andrew called back at 3 p.m. He came and had a look at what kind of equipment was needed and next morning , showed up with his workers and replaced the old furnace, and the next day the heat pump was in. They cleaned up wherever it was needed and were very good workers. I would recommend Korte Heating and A/C to anyone who asks. This was such a good experience, all round. The workers are good and kind , no cussing and yelling, and Andrew is very on top of things.

Excellent service. Repair staff explained everything they would do and did great job. Cleaned up afterwards.

Good. A couple of things needed to follow up and they were handled.

Air conditioner quit working with over 100 degree temps and my daughter has CP and can't take the heat, Andrew came right out and got it fix right away. We have used him a few times and every time he has been great. Highly recommend him for all heating/air needs.

There was a faulty sensor, and when the suggested fix did not work, Andrew called the company to fin d out what they suggested. It meant replacing the sensor. The workers came out, did the work, had it done in no time, and now the AC is working properly. They really researched the problem and came up with the right solution. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone with furnace or AC problems.

Andrew is great every time.  He will come out in emergencies and is reasonably priced.

This was the second time we've used Andrew Korte, and the second time we've been very happy with his work.  The first time was to repair an AC unit - turned out it was just a blown fuse, so the only cost to us was the service call.  This time our furnace had tripped into an OFF position, and he was able to diagnose and reset it within minutes.  Again, just the service call fee.  Very, very nice guy, as was his assistant.  We'll definitely use Korte in the future for any heating/cooling issues we have.

Andrew was very professional. He was communicative and clear in telling us when he would come out. He showed us our various options, and was descriptive in the benefits of each. He was able to schedule the work immediately and went the extra mile to get the parts necessary to put the ductless system in the very next day (it's hot out!). His crew showed up, did the work professionally and promptly, and cleaned up after themselves well. We would use him again in a heartbeat.  And we love the new AC/Heat!

The job went really well.  Both Drew and his helper were very professional and careful in their work.  Work was done efficiently and completely.  They did not take any shortcuts.  Everything was done in a quality manner. I highly recommend Drew for any heating and AC job.

Forced air heater blowing air not heat.  Experienced technician came out same day called.  Found wire not connected (not a simple fix, had to back-track wires from thermostat to heater - not something I could have found).  pleasant, friendly, price reflected by estimate.

It went perfect. The service was excellent. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We live in a rural area. Our propane gas fireplace insert with a blower, had not been used for at least five years. We recently moved in and could not get the fireplace to work despite taking it apart ourselves and following suggestions in the owners manual. We found Andrew on Angie's list. It took a few days to get him here, but that was ok, since we have another source of heat. Before he left he called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he spread a drop cloth where he planned to walk and work. He and a partner worked on the fireplace for about an hour, and offered some helpful hints on operating and maintaining the fireplace. They got the fireplace and the blower working. They even cleaned the fireplace glass screen for us!  Andrew was courteous, friendly and professional.  He did not try to up-sell us on anything. He just fixed what needed fixing and got it working correctly. The price he charged was reasonable, and we even got a discount with an Angie's list coupon.  We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!
