He had all the needed tools and equipment with him, including the caulk for the window. The dryer vent issue required not only external clean up, but when that wasn't enough, he offered to go under the house to check, and discovered the vent tubing had come loose, which he fixed. He took pictures under the house to show me the issue and his repair of it. When he got the dryer vent cleaned and cleared, he cleaned up the debris from the job, plus, he cleaned up the whole sidewalk, and left the area looking way better than it had when he arrived. Quick, efficient, and got it all done in less than two hours. I am delighted with his skillful work, and quick, friendly efficiency. I'll definitely hire him again."
