"John was wonderful when i kept changing my mind and materials, being positive and flexible in his schedule. His tile work on the floor, ceiling, shower and backsplash are gorgeous and well done. He also did a real wood floor install in my house and took care of subfloor issues quickly and professionally. The floors are gorgeous. He is a good hard worker and his crew works as hard as he does. He went the extra mile and did some small projects as well. It's rare to find someone who do this anymore. Hiring him was my best decision."

"All utilities were located prior to work. Permits were taken care of and completed. Sanitary facilities for the crew were placed and removed promptly and placed so they were not a problem. The crew was courteous and prompt and did the work in a professional manner. They even did a little bit of extra sealing of the sites of foundation cracks in the affected area and pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of in the crawl space of my house that needed my attention. When the work was complete the clean-up was exceptional.

"I can't say enough good things about Tumalo Construction! My husband and I met with many contractors before we began our house addition project. Most contractors were overpriced, flakey, or wanted to change parts of our project to fit their ideas rather than ours. That was NOT the case with Tumalo! "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
