Ross Built completed our new custom home construction on time and under budget. Ezra's (owner) extensive network of local subcontractors was instrumental to making the project go smooth. I witnessed other home owners suffer from delays as a result of labor and material shortages caused by the pandemic. His experience really shined during the site prep and foundation building process where he had to deal with a challenging gradient and property boundaries. Also, all of his subs were very professional and easy to work with. My family is very satisfied with the final product. Ezra was there for me when we needed him. And we had many needs! We were living 350 miles away during this custom build which we knew was not ideal, but Ezra made it as smooth as possible. Lots of pictures and video and questions on our end. Net result was a great home.
