"Fine Finish Remodeling lives up to their name. They do not settle for "good enough," they make it look great!  Our new kitchen looks fabulous, and the office is an excellent upgrade from what we had. They were able to suggest a number of improvements that took the remodel up to the next level, both in looks and in functionality.  They worked with us at every step, communication was thorough and frequent, and if an idea we had could not be implemented, the discussion was gentle but frank and clear. They stayed within budget. Change orders were discussed fully, including any additional cost, before we moved forward (or not). Also, they clean up at the end of every work day.  There's no escaping dust and clutter during a large remodel, but they kept the disruption and mess to an absolute minimum, and that minimized our stress.
This project extended over the Christmas holidays, and they went way out of their way, on Christmas week, to ensure that we had a functional kitchen, so that we could cook Christmas dinner for our family.
But my absolute favorite thing is the archway, between dining room and living room.  The existing arch was bland and boring.  I found a picture of a wonderful archway on Houzz.com, and from the picture alone, they were able to re-size it and build it into the house so that it looked as it it had always been there.
In fact, after the work was complete, one of our first visitors was someone who had never been to our home before.  She said, "I love your home. This old farmhouse, with all this gorgeous original woodwork, is just beautiful!"  Well  the "beautiful
original woodwork" had been installed by Fine Finish remodeling 2 weeks before she saw it! Score!!

Crew showed great flexibility and ingenuity when problems encountered with non-level ceiling and flooring, as well as obsolete plumbing because of house's age. "My parents their gutters looked at as there have been a lot of water overflow when it rains. Nicole C. came out and did a walk around the house and noticed spots where the gutters were leaking under the eves. She wanted to look in the attic to see if water was getting in there as well. What she did discover is the plywood was wet. She did more investigating of the roof tile and discovered it needed replacement. The leak in the attic could be very problematic. We were glad Nicole had the idea to check. Nicole explained everything regarding roofing and gutters in detail to my parents and answered all of their questions. She was professional, informative and personable. We look forward to continuing our relationship."

"Lee wasn't able to fix one area for me as he said it was wet.  My upstairs shower had started leaking in to my kitchen.  Glad Lee told me.  I was able to  get the shower fixed before there was any serious dry rot.  I'm hoping Lee will run another special so I can get my kitchen ceiling  fixed.
