If the job is too big I call on trusted sub-contractors who I have worked with for years. FREE Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly and one time bids are available upon request via email or telephone. Rates are usually $20 per hour. Coupons and special promotions come out on occasion. Discounts are available to Bi-weekly clients, seniors and Veterans. I provide my customers personalized billing options. Generally, I leave an invoice and receive cash or check payment at the next cleaning. Some clients prefer online methods of payment which I am happy to set up with them.
